In SHS in San Nicholas III, Bacoor City, one of the schools offering TVL – ICT – CSS in the City Schools Division of Bacoor, acknowledged it has not grasped the one-is-to-one ratio with respect to the number of printed textbooks in the said track/ strand. The existence of printed textbook materials is very vital to student’s learning and to achieve the curriculum. While today’s tech-savvy students and most of them have android phones find electronically made module technology familiar, which may encourage those who otherwise don’t enjoy reading, bringing books in school or in home, and not just supplement but a complement to the teaching-learning process where students can read the modules using their android or smart phones and take the self-test after at their own pace.
In support to the vision of the Department of Education to continuously improve itself to better serve its stakeholders, the proponent has an idea in developing free electronic module app using android app aims to help the CSS students to understand the concepts and processes of CSS lessons and take the self-test after at their own convenient time and space.
The content of the modules will be validated by the six (6) CSS teachers of SHS In San Nicholas III, Bacoor City. Project ENHANCE (Enhance and Nurture the Holistic Assessment of Novice learners in Computer Education)
Technology has and will continue to transform and disrupt the lives of Filipino people. It reformed the way people perceive and appreciate things especially in the field of education. Teachers, parents and students understand its significance in the pursuit for knowledge in this age of information technology. Computer literacy is a term used to describe individuals who have the knowledge and skills to use a computer and other related technology. This term is usually used to describe the most basic knowledge and skills needed to operate software products such as operating system, a software application, or an automated Web design tool. [techopedia]. This is vital skill that the learners need to acquire as computers and technology continue to increase baseline skill requirements needed to compete in the workforce. Providing access to digital skills training can also be powerful means by which to improve and enhance the computer literacy of the learners, but it still a dream for some learners.
In support to the vision of the Department of Education to continuously improve itself to better serve its stakeholders and its mission to facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner, the proponent come up with the idea in developing the Project ENHANCE (Enhance and Nurture the Holistic Assessment of Novice learners in Computer Education) aims to enhance and nurture the computer skills of the learners.

Project School Website
Due to the increasing population of SHS in San Nicholas III, Bacoor City, it is quite difficult to the institution to be able to provide the internal and external stakeholders with all the information that they need. Website is the best way to publicize and disseminate reliable and accurate information about what is happening in the school.
In support to the Region IV-As Transparent, Ethical and Accountable (TEA) Governance specifically in optimizing the utilization of ICT in improving access to and quality of basic education, the proponent has an idea in creating and designing a School Website that aims to implement the above-mentioned needs for improvement. Having a presence through the Internet is different from having the name in a printed directory. Here, it is cheap and the information can last longer and changed conveniently. Thus, parents and other external stakeholders find the school a better place and thus they can invest.
Weebly is an American web-hosting service that features a “drag-and-drop” website builder and it is free.
This project aims to improve the information dissemination efficiently and effectively through the Development of School Website. Specifically, it intends to:

Project OMG (Online Monitoring of Grades
SHS in San Nicholas III, Bacoor City are using either the pre-defined class recording template in Microsoft Excel provided by the DepEd or the manual way in recording the grades of our students. These methods are already proven and tested for its effectiveness. Likewise, the proponents have also observed that there are needs for improvement of the current class recording system. These needs are efficiency, security, reliability and accessibility of class record keeping.
In support to the vision of the Department of Education to continuously improve itself to better serve its stakeholders, the proponents have an idea in developing an Online Grading Sheets named as Project Online Monitoring of Grading Sheets (Project OMG) aims to implement the above-mentioned needs for improvement of the current system. Project ONLINE SSG Election
Due to the increasing population of SHS in San Nicholas III, Bacoor City, it is quite difficult to the Supreme Student Government to conduct the traditional or the pen and paper way of voting and tallying votes manually. The counting procedures carried out by persons can cause human counting errors and it consumes time, effort and resources.
In support to the Region IV-As Transparent, Ethical and Accountable (TEA) Governance specifically in optimizing the utilization of ICT in improving access to and quality of basic education, the proponent has an idea in creating an Online SSG Election using Google Forms platform that aims to implement the
